Very long waiting./nNurses do not seem to care. Treated on a number rather than person. Been told I will be seen straight away waited 2 hours.

Kim Rose. What a hard worker she is absolutely outstanding in all aspects of her work. She is worth her weight in gold I observed every patient she saw she washed her hands before going to next patient and I mean every patient fantastic job./nDeserves praise to the highest standard.

Excellent. The staff from transitional care were all fantastic. I was in hospital for 11 days with my premature baby boy. At times it was a struggle to keep positive and see a way forward. The staff worked with me giving me advice and emotional support reassurance that progress was being made. They listened to my worries and took it into consideration when planning what to do next.
Suggested improvements
I do not actually think they could have done anything better they were there for support all the time, have eased my mind during worrying times, answered questions and given guidance made recommendations but most of all given me and my baby respect, help and confidence when it was needed./nCould not have done it without them. Thank you.
